Quality management has become increasingly present in the life of organisations including higher education institutions. In the Era of K-economy, survival of an organisation is mainly linked to the quality of its activities, and in our case, the service provision in health education. The School of Health Sciences realises the importance of quality service to produce quality graduates.
Since our establishment in 1999, the numbers of academic programme, students and staff have increased greatly. This has led to a higher demand for course information, student services and management requirements. We therefore adopted quality management system as a culture of our work in academic programme management before obtaining MS ISO 9001:2008 standards certification in 2009.
This website is maintained as a platform for the school to disseminate information on our mission, vision, quality activities and documents, particularly the MS ISO 9001:2008 standards in order to standardise work processes, define responsibility, improve documentation procedures and promote the dynamics of continuous improvement. We also design the website in such a way so that it can be used to facilitate understanding between the school and our customers while increases user satisfaction. The customers can also post us complains and suggestions to improve our services using our customer feedback e-Form available in this website.
